We are building a social app based on deep tech, which uses AI, ML, and face recognition to provide a social experience for a wide audience. We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive the paid marketing strategy for Faceout, from creative concepts to media buying execution.
- Collaborate with the CEO, CPO, and team to align marketing initiatives with product goals and business objectives.
- Manage and expand campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms for both web and app acquisition.
- Develop a robust process for generating and testing creatives to identify high-performing campaigns.
- Work closely with the product and design teams to experiment with and improve web funnel performance.
- Oversee the technical setup of tracking and analytics to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize large-scale media buying campaigns.
- Creative Development: Partner with designers to create and iterate on compelling ad creatives for multiple channels.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze user behavior to refine onboarding flows, improve conversion rates, and increase retention.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, uncover insights, and guide decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing budgets of at least $500K/month in the US market.
