We are looking for a Creative Producer to spearhead the creation of high-performing advertising creatives for web funnels and paid marketing campaigns. If you thrive in a creative, data-driven environment and love crafting visuals that convert, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Ideation: Generate innovative advertising concepts tailored for Meta, TikTok, and other paid marketing channels.
- Campaign Development: Work closely with performance marketer to align creative strategies with campaign goals and target audiences
- Creative Production: Write detailed briefs for motion/graphic designers and oversee the creation of video and graphic assets.
- Trendspotting: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging formats to ensure Faceout stays ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Partner with the design, marketing, and product teams to refine app and web funnels experiences and ensure creative consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in roles like Creative Producer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or Social Media Manager with a focus on targeted advertising.
- Proven experience creating and optimizing video ads, UGC content, or motion graphics for paid marketing: web funnels and apps.
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret campaign data and make informed creative decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
